Tammy LaGraffe, Free Clinic director

The Culpeper Wellness Foundation welcomes Tammy LaGraffe as director of the Free Clinic.

Tammy started her career as a Registered Nurse in Syracuse, New York, where she is from. She has had experience working in women’s health, behavioral health and community-based wellness programs. Prior to moving to Culpeper in 2018, she lived in Pennsylvania for 10 years, and during that time she was director of a Health Care Quality Unit serving people with disabilities. Since arriving in Culpeper, she has been employed with the Department of Health as a Public Health Nurse Supervisor.

Tammy resides with her husband Jim, son Simon, and their two dogs, Sophie and Alice. She is very excited to join the Culpeper Free Clinic and have the opportunity to give back to the Culpeper community, which has been so welcoming to her and her family.
