We love to hear from our former patients! Recently Sal, a former patient, got in touch to say that he was recognizing the 12-year anniversary of his cardiac ablation, a treatment that was coordinated by the Free Clinic. Prior to coming to the clinic, Sal visited the hospital emergency room frequently with his heart racing. After he became a patient, he was referred to Cardiology and ultimately he was able to have the necessary procedures completed at no cost to him. Sal is now in his 70s and goes to the gym three days per week to keep his heart healthy. He said he is so thankful for the care that he received from the clinic and glad that the clinic is still going strong to serve others in the community.
